These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and jetaa7 ("jetaa7", "we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the website located at jetaa7.onl and all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through it (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the jetaa7 platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must discontinue use of the Service immediately. jetaa7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. jetaa7 reserves the right to require identity verification documents (national ID, passport, utility bill, or equivalent) before processing any withdrawal or at any point during the account lifecycle under its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

jetaa7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and jetaa7 reserves the right to add or remove methods at any time.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jetaa7 BDT wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and are subject to change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. jetaa7 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though mobile financial service withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within two hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. jetaa7 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification, fraud checks, or active bonus wagering requirements.

Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and limits displayed on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout. Amounts stated in these Terms follow the same convention.

Declined Transactions: jetaa7 bears no responsibility for any charges, penalties, or losses arising from a declined deposit or withdrawal where the cause lies with your payment provider. Contact your mobile financial service or bank directly for issues on their end.

jetaa7 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing members including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and Loyalty Program rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the offer. These specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions and, in the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence for that offer.

Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports), and time limits are set out in the specific promotional terms.

One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a member's account at any time, unless the specific terms of a promotion explicitly state otherwise.

Bonus Abuse: jetaa7 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Patterns including but not limited to low-risk hedging, systematic arbitrage, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or use of bots will constitute abuse. Where abuse is detected, jetaa7 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the offending account.

Welcome Bonus: The first deposit bonus (up to ৳20,000) is available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only. The member must opt in via the Cashier prior to depositing. Bonus funds are credited within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. Full wagering requirement details are published in the Promotions section of the platform.

Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on the jetaa7 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by jetaa7 in its sole discretion. jetaa7 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason. Bets are confirmed only when a unique bet ID is generated and displayed in your account's bet history.

Odds: Published odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted and the bet ID is issued. Market suspension during in-play events is at the discretion of the trading team.

Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including: match abandonment, incorrect odds published due to manifest error, proven result manipulation, or where a restricted player is identified. Voided bets are returned to the member's BDT wallet at the original stake amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jetaa7 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account use.
• Using the Service if you are under 21 years of age or acting on behalf of a person under 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, result manipulation, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing errors to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds or stake amounts.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud. jetaa7 is committed to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jetaa7 support staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider after a bet has been settled.

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your jetaa7 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any real-money balance remaining after active bonus funds are removed will be returned to your registered payment method.

Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) or a full self-exclusion from within the Responsible Gaming section of their account, or by contacting support. Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account for any reason, all outstanding bonuses and free bet credits are immediately voided. jetaa7's rights and your obligations under these Terms survive termination to the extent necessary to give effect to them.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first-contact level, you may escalate it in writing to the jetaa7 disputes team at the same address, marking the subject line as "Formal Dispute". jetaa7 will investigate and provide a written response within ten business days of receiving a formal dispute.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which jetaa7 is incorporated. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
